We’ve been working on some of these for a long time, so it’s really exciting to finally be able to share them with you after all the research, beta testing, and feedback sessions with our customers! We built these features with hybrid and wholesale brands in mind, so we’d love to see what you think…

Quoting

We shared this one recently but it’s still a huge part of this MEGA announcement! We’ve simplified and streamlined B2B quoting so that it’s centralised within your SparkLayer dashboard. This tool includes key negotiation functionality - including a timeline feature for tracking edits, chatting with buyers, and adding internal-only notes. Expect a more involved Sales team, a faster quote-to-order process, increased communication, and happier customers. Unlock SparkLayer B2B quoting.

AI

We’ve just launched AI within our B2B eCommerce platform. Our AI-powered Intelligent Cart functionality enables your B2B customers to upload files to build an order from - think emails with product lists, previous POs and invoices, notes with shopping lists, and, ol’ reliable, spreadsheets. Designed to save time, remove manual tasks, and reduce the risk of human error, this feature is set to be a game-changer!

It’s official - we’ve added search functionality to the SparkLayer shopping cart! Your wholesale customers can now search your entire product catalogue via their cart. This handy tool helps them quickly find what they need and build orders; they can add, modify, and remove items from their cart without scrolling through multiple pages. SKUs, product and variant names (including typos), and barcodes all work with our embedded eCommerce AI tool! All your product-level and customer group rules pull through, keeping the experience personalised and efficient.

Analytics

SparkLayer Analytics enables you to track your B2B performance in real time. Explore customer activity and forecast based on buying behaviours, deep-dive into Sales team performance, and track advertising channels against each other. You can compare product-level profit margins, receive tailored actions (like removing poorly selling items), and much more! Invoices

Speaking of increased efficiency - our SparkLayer invoicing tool removes manual processes and speeds up B2B invoicing. You can customise your invoices for customers to download as a PDF as soon as they place an order. You’re in control of the invoice’s content blocks, meaning you can add relevant information (like order numbers, product quantities, and payment info) for each customer.
